Instagram permanently disabled my account without any explanation

My Instagram account with the username @monteirooooooo was permanently disabled on 22 July 2026. Since that date I have not been able to access my account at all. When I try to log in, I only see the message that my account was disabled for violating the rules, without any clear or detailed explanation of what exactly I supposedly did wrong. I am a content creator and this account contains years of my work, memories, photos and very important personal moments. Losing access to it has been devastating for me both emotionally and in terms of my online presence. As far as I know, my phone number may have been used by someone else in the past, and I am worried that this could somehow have affected my account, but the account itself was never used to share anything illegal or that I believed to be against the Community Guidelines. If any action linked to my account was considered a violation, I sincerely apologize, as it was never my intention to break Instagram’s policies. I respect the rules and, after this experience, I am even more careful and committed to strictly following all Community Guidelines and Terms of Use in the future. I kindly and respectfully request that my account be reviewed once again, that the decision to permanently disable it be reconsidered, and that access to the @monteirooooooo account be restored if possible. I would be very grateful if you could give me one more chance.
