To attend a job interview in Barcelona between May 25 and June 2, I purchased a flight ticket for departure on May 25, 2024, and return on June 2, 2024, for 60,000 miles + ₺7,235.25. On May 25, 2024, after landing at BCN airport on flight TK1855 IST-BARCELONA, my luggage was not loaded onto the plane by THY and was forgotten in Istanbul (my business documents were lost). Due to problems such as my documents being in the suitcase, time spent at the airport, my phone battery running out, going to the airport for two days to do research, etc., the meetings I was supposed to have in Barcelona were cancelled. There was no point in staying there between May 25 and June 2. I had to return on June 2, 2024. I canceled my ticket from Barcelona and returned again on May 27, 2024, even though I had a problem with THY. With a difference of ₺2,254, I returned to Istanbul on May 27, 2024, with ticket number 2352227149321 and flight TK1854.
Refund of the ticket fees and miles I paid for these flights (including the flight change difference) I request ₺11,297.75 + 60,000 miles.
Since my hotel reservation there was in vain, I request that my accommodation fee be paid to me.
During this period, my taxi expenses to and from the airport. I also request payment of 2,950.40 euros (₺103,250).
