Turkish Airlines Didn't Process the Compensation for Baggage Delay

On 07/08/2023, I completed my flight from Oran (Algeria) to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines (THY) on flight number TK0494 and ticket number 235 9796 0361 93/3. My baggage was delivered to me three days later. Due to the delay, I filed a report at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Because of the delay, I had to make urgent purchases. I submitted a claim to THY for reimbursement of these expenses. Despite providing all the required documents (invoice, receipt, credit card statement) to the THY baggage delay unit, I have not received any payment. The customer service representative keeps stating that they cannot see the invoices. However, all documents are complete in the baggage delay form with tracking number 2023177446. I request reimbursement for the expenses incurred due to the urgent needs caused by the baggage delay.
