Turkish Airlines Damaged the Baggage but Didn't Resolve It
My daughter flew from Munich to Sabiha Gokcen on 25.08.2023. At the end of the flight, it was understood that the plane did not take any baggage from Munich, and a report was filed with addresses taken. The baggage was delivered to us by cargo 5 days later in a damaged condition. During this process, we created a file online to cover the expenses I incurred for the necessities in the baggage and the financial loss due to the damage to my suitcase. Subsequently, we were told that our documents were accepted and sent to the compensation service. For approximately 3.5 months, all our calls have been met with unserious responses like 'under review,' and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. We are still waiting; will we grow old, will years pass, and will we still be waiting? I am complaining about this company, which claims to be one of the world's most prestigious airlines.
