Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage but Didn't Replace It

About two months ago, on our Turkish Airlines flight from Ankara to Van, two wheels of our suitcase were broken. When we reported this situation to the Airport, they told us that they couldn't give us a new suitcase because they didn't have any in stock, but they gave us the card of a luggage repairer where we could get it repaired for free. Since we wanted our suitcase to be replaced rather than repaired, we contacted Turkish Airlines. Although they should have given us a new suitcase, we have been waiting for a long time for their response. Despite mentioning that we are in a difficult situation, we still haven't received our suitcase. They really put us in a tough spot. It's surprising that a big company like Turkish Airlines couldn't provide a suitcase for months. I never expected this from a company like Turkish Airlines.
