I Am Requesting Full Compensation for My Clothes Destroyed by Vanish Oxi Action

I purchased Vanish Oxi Action from a Migros store and applied it directly onto a stain according to the instructions before putting the garment into the washing machine. Despite using the product just once, instead of removing the stain, it left my clothing completely full of holes and rendered it unusable.

Because my garment was severely damaged by this product, I demand a full refund for the product as well as compensation for the value of my ruined clothing. I request that the product be inspected, that necessary steps be taken to prevent similar grievances, and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
