I Soaked My Light Green Shirt in Vanish Oxi Action and It Spot-Bleached the Fabric

I used Vanish Oxi Action powder according to the instructions on the package, but my light green shirt was irreversibly damaged. Because the product package stated "soak in water and stir occasionally," I soaked the shirt in cold water and went back to stir it, only to notice that speckles of discoloration—looking as if bleach had been spilled on it—had formed all over the shirt. This happened today, and the shirt is now completely unwearable.
I had purchased this shirt from Hatemoğlu, and it was a garment I truly enjoyed wearing. Experiencing such a result despite following the exact usage instructions printed on the product has caused me both financial loss and personal frustration.
I demand that the company compensate me for the damaged shirt with a new replacement of the same model and color, and that the product I used be submitted for inspection. I request that my grievance be resolved and that necessary checks be conducted to prevent similar incidents in the future.
