I Used Vanish Kosla in the Wash and It Bleached My Blue Jeans

I used Vanish Kosla in the washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius, strictly following the package instructions. Despite trying the product just once, the color of my jeans faded severely, looking as if bleach had been spilled on them. While there is no tearing or structural deformation in the fabric, the discoloration is very distinct, and the garment is no longer wearable.

I purchased the product to protect and clean my clothes better, but instead, it rendered my jeans unusable. Because of this situation, I have suffered both financial loss and a drop in trust toward the brand.

I demand an investigation into whether the Vanish Kosla product caused this damage, recall and testing of the product if necessary, and compensation for my ruined jeans through reimbursement or an equivalent replacement. Furthermore, I request clearer and more detailed usage guidelines on the product to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.
