Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase and They are Unresponsive Now

Turkish Airlines mishandled our luggage, rendering it completely unusable. Regrettably, we are now faced with a lack of response to our claim. On September 4th, we were dismayed to discover our luggage with a broken leg, a damage so severe that it was irreparable. In an effort to seek justice, we promptly filed a formal complaint. However, our attempts to communicate with Turkish Airlines have hit a brick wall; they have proven unresponsive to our inquiries, whether made by phone or in writing. Frustrated and left with no recourse, we have resorted to sharing our grievance here, in the hope that Turkish Airlines will finally take notice and take responsibility for the damage inflicted upon our suitcase.
