Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage
While waiting at the airport before our Antalya to Ankara flight with my spouse, we observed the loading of the luggage onto the plane. We noticed that the staff was throwing the suitcases and bags onto the conveyor belt with deliberate force. We saw a few suitcases fall to the ground during this process. We thought this was very wrong and truly unfortunate. After the flight, we realized our suitcase was broken when we retrieved it at Ankara Esenboga Airport. Since we had a bus to catch, we left without waiting. Despite contacting Turkish Airlines via email and phone, we received no response. We experienced significant inconvenience because of this. If we hadn't witnessed it with our own eyes, we might have considered it an accident. However, we were saddened by the staff's behavior.
If the cameras at the airport were reviewed, our justification would be seen, but the result was negative. We are not at fault. The reason we left the airport without waiting was to catch our bus, so we left quickly and couldn't file a complaint there. Therefore, an incident that happened in front of the cameras caused us to be aggrieved. It is due to the Turkish Airlines staff.
