Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage

Istanbul (SAW) - London (STN) flight TK7798 on 30th August 2023, and this is the luggage I received at the airport afterward. Recently, my sister, mother, and two close friends also experienced the same issue. This leads me to believe that there might be a chronic problem in the way you handle this matter. You're suggesting creating feedback with the luggage receipt, but it seems there is a chronic issue with how your system operates. 1- I shouldn't have to keep the receipt from years ago for a bag I bought. 2- The amount I paid for the bag years ago would only buy me a single wheel for it now. I had to travel between cities in the UK with this luggage. It got me to my accommodation. Whether it will get me back to Türkiye is questionable. I will create feedback, but I have no hope, as we are still awaiting your response regarding my mother's case, which I submitted on May 3rd. Therefore, I request a more effective solution proposal and a response regarding this matter. This is a financial and emotional loss caused by your company. You cannot normalize it by calling it a "glitch"; it is a recurring error on your part.





You are lucky that somehow you had your luggage! Mine was lost from İstanbul to New York and never got any compensation after 2 months!
