Baggage Damage on the Istanbul-Vilnius Flight of Turkish Airlines

During my flight from Istanbul to Vilnius on August 31, 2023, my suitcase arrived with a completely broken wheel, and the inside of the suitcase was exposed. I immediately requested a return on the same day. However, after a frustrating month of waiting, I finally received a response from Turkish Airlines. They informed me that they require a receipt for my suitcase, which, unfortunately, I don't have and can't obtain. I am requesting compensation for an average-priced large suitcase and urge them to resolve this issue promptly. This experience has taught me that when flying with Turkish Airlines, you can't be certain about the safety of your luggage.
