Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage But Didn't Resolve My Inconvenience
Hello, can I get an update on the status of my baggage? It's been over a week and the process has been prolonged without any information provided. I haven't been contacted or informed. Due to this issue, I can no longer travel comfortably with Turkish Airlines. I want my problem resolved and my inconvenience addressed as soon as possible. This is the second time I've faced issues with Turkish Airlines. I kindly request that my damaged luggage be replaced with my original one as soon as possible. My initial bag was a carry-on, but the large bag given to me also arrived damaged on my first trip. This situation is causing me inconvenience. Please assist me.
