Turkish Airlines Customer Service Missed Connections and Denial of Responsibility
I recently purchased a return ticket from Turkish Airlines for a flight from Casablanca, Morocco to Turkey. Turkish Airlines handled all the booking processes. However, it turns out that the international leg of the flight was operated by another airline called Air Maroc. Due to a technical glitch at Turkish Airlines' request, I was unable to check-in at the airport. The Turkish Airlines office in Casablanca is always closed, adding to the frustration. As a result, I missed both my domestic and international connecting flights. Despite multiple attempts to contact Turkish Airlines through their website, they insist that they have no fault or responsibility, and I should seek a refund from the operating airline. They absolutely refuse to accept any responsibility. My grievances have yet to be resolved.
