Turkish Airlines Connecting Flight Delay Issue

I purchased a THY flight ticket from Denizli to Trabzon with a layover in Istanbul. The Denizli to Istanbul flight TK2579, which was supposed to depart at 20:05, took off around 20:37. My spouse was also on the flight with me. We landed at the new Istanbul airport around 21:30. However, it took a long time to disembark. The plane taxied for a while. Then, a Havas bus came and brought all the passengers to the terminal. All of this made it difficult to catch the Istanbul to Trabzon flight at 22:35. My spouse has a heart condition, and you can imagine the size of the airport and the time lost due to THY made us rush. We arrived at gate G6 with all passengers already boarded and the doors closed. At the last moment, the staff opened the door and let us in, exhausted. The reason we chose THY was for its quality service, but I am dissatisfied with this experience. THY wasted our time and put us in a difficult situation. They knew we had a connecting flight, and we also had baggage to collect in Trabzon.
