Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge Service Quality Issues

THY's CIP lounge services and operational aspects are deteriorating day by day. This morning, I entered the CIP lounge early to travel from Istanbul to Ankara on flight TK2138. When I asked the staff for Turkish coffee, they said they were too busy and could make it later. I understood. The lounge was full. However, after 40 minutes, the lounge was 80% empty, and cleaning was finished. When I asked another staff member, I was told that the coffee machine was broken. When it was time for boarding, I found out that my seat number 13A was changed to 20A. When I asked why, I was told that 13A was sold. How can a seat I checked in for be sold? No apology was given. It was treated as a normal situation. Not wanting to delay other passengers, I took my seat without making a fuss. I want to change the airline I use at least 2-3 times a month, but unfortunately, there is no proper alternative. I don't understand why citizens are treated with such disregard and lack of value in sectors where the state is involved. Our airline, which is among the few in the world, has been deteriorating and its service quality declining over the past 3-4 years.
