Turkish Airlines Check-in Issue and Inconvenience
Turkish Airlines provides the worst and most expensive service to its own citizens in a very interesting way. For domestic flights, a passenger has the right to check-in physically up to 45 minutes before the flight. Despite being there one hour and fifteen minutes before, they were delayed with the excuse of a system malfunction. Even though it was proven by camera recordings that they were there within the required time frame, they inconvenienced three people, including my brother. This means they sold our tickets at exorbitant prices thinking we wouldn't show up. They are looking for excuses not to board us. This is outright illegal. Today, I dropped my brother off at the airport early and returned to pick him up before leaving. I will sue you!
