Turkish Airlines Charged Me but Didn't Issue a Ticket

I tried to book a one-way flight from Helsinki to Istanbul for 23.12.2023 at 12:25 using the Turkish Airlines mobile app. I filled in all the required information, and everything was going smoothly during the payment process. I completed the bank verification, and the payment was deducted from my bank account. However, when the app was supposed to redirect me to the ticket screen, I encountered an error message stating that the ticket was canceled. Despite this, the money was still taken from my account.

When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that Turkish Airlines had taken (held) the money and said they couldn't do anything about it. Turkish Airlines, on the other hand, stated that there was no reservation or ticket in their system. I demand an immediate refund of my money. I always preferred Turkish Airlines, but what does it mean to take the money and not issue a ticket? I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This is outright unfair.
