Turkish Airlines Changes The Flight Time And Passengers Pay The Price
Don't believe Turkish Airlines if they send you a delay message. My boarding pass was updated to reflect a one-hour and forty-minute delay. After an hour, when I was certain I had missed my flight, they suddenly sent another message stating that it would depart at the scheduled time. As a result, approximately 20-25 passengers missed their flights. They did nothing about it. Now I have to deal with getting a refund for the flight I missed because of them. The call center tells me to go to the airport, and the airport ticket office tells me to contact the call center. Nobody knows what they are doing. I want compensation for my financial and emotional losses.
