Turkish Airlines Cat Travel Refused - No Titration Test

I am a Turkish citizen currently living in Montenegro and due to an urgent situation I have to return to Turkey permanently. I also need to travel with my 4‑year‑old cat, as I have no one to leave her with and I absolutely cannot abandon her on the street. All of her vaccinations, especially the rabies vaccine, are fully completed and renewed every year, and her documents and veterinary checks are completely in order. The only missing item is the rabies titration test, whose result is issued in approximately three months, and I am not in a position to wait that long or stay here. Yesterday I contacted Turkish Airlines through the online support line and explained the urgency of my situation and that all of my cat’s vaccines and documents were complete. I asked for support so that an exception could be made for the titration test requirement in this emergency, and so that I could fly to Turkey together with my cat. However, I was told that titration is mandatory. When I stated that this is an urgent and exceptional case, they directed me only to fill out the feedback form on the website. I filled out the form, but the response I received was an automatic message simply repeating the procedure and stating that they would not assist me. I find it very upsetting that in such an urgent and vital situation, where all vaccinations and rabies protection are complete, no humane flexibility is shown for a living being that depends entirely on me. I do not want to see Turkish Airlines’ rules as a money‑oriented system that values procedures more than the life and safety of an animal, but unfortunately my experience is pushing me in that direction. I kindly request that, considering the urgency of my situation and the fact that my cat’s vaccinations and rabies protection are fully complete, Turkish Airlines evaluate my case as an exception and allow me to travel to Turkey with my cat without waiting three months for the titration test result, or provide a concrete alternative solution that will not require me to leave my cat behind.
