Turkish Airlines Broken Baggage and Wheelchair, No Response!




On May 30, 2023, my mother and my disabled sibling, who was 15 years old at the time, flew with Turkish Airlines (THY) to Adiyaman. When we arrived, we discovered that both our luggage and my sibling's wheelchair had been damaged in some way. We contacted THY immediately after the incident and submitted a feedback report with reference number 2023106542. On the other hand, we haven't heard from them or received a response from them since that day. Every time I call, they say they are prioritizing the issue, but then they hang up in the middle of the call. My disabled sibling is currently in a difficult situation because the airline is taking its time providing assistance, and she does not have access to a functioning wheelchair.
