Payoneer Has Held My €32 Netcup Payment for More Than 20 Days

I made a business payment of €32 from my Payoneer account (Customer ID: 99760769) to Netcup. However, despite more than 20 days having passed since the transaction was initiated, the payment has still not been delivered to the recipient and remains pending within the Payoneer system.
During this period, I submitted multiple support requests and contacted Payoneer customer service several times via email. Unfortunately, each time my case was marked as “resolved” and closed, even though the actual issue remained unresolved. No clear explanation has been provided regarding why the payment has been delayed for such an extended period, nor has any concrete action been taken to complete the transaction.
As a result, I have lost confidence in Payoneer’s support process. Not only is my money inaccessible, but I am also unable to obtain a meaningful response or effective assistance regarding the status of the payment. The repeated closure of support tickets without a real resolution has only increased my frustration and uncertainty.
I request that the undelivered €32 payment intended for Netcup be returned to my Payoneer account in full, without any deductions or fees, as soon as possible. In addition, I request a clear written explanation detailing why the payment has been delayed for more than 20 days, why my support requests were closed without resolving the issue, and what steps Payoneer will take to prevent similar problems in the future.
I expect Payoneer to address this matter promptly and restore confidence in its payment services by providing a transparent and fair resolution.
