I Was Banned From the EA FC 26 Transfer Market for Legitimate Trading
I play EA FC 26 on PC through Steam, and I recently received a permanent Transfer Market ban for alleged “coin distribution between accounts.” I was notified of this action via email on May 20, 2026. However, I strongly dispute this accusation because I have never engaged in coin transferring or any activity intended to move coins between accounts. My linked EA account username is TrAytimurTr.
I actively use the in-game Transfer Market and spend time monitoring player prices, buying players at lower prices and selling them at higher prices whenever market opportunities arise. This is a normal trading strategy used by many Ultimate Team players to earn coins through legitimate market activity. I have never purchased coins, sold coins, transferred coins to another account, or participated in any form of coin distribution.
As someone with a demanding work schedule, I play the game whenever I have free time. Being permanently restricted from one of the most important features of the game without receiving any concrete evidence or detailed explanation has been extremely frustrating. If I had actually engaged in coin transferring, the condition of my club, coin balance, and overall progress would likely look very different from the gradual and hard-earned development reflected on my account.
After receiving the sanction, I contacted EA Support by email and submitted an appeal. I explained that all of my transactions should already be visible within EA’s systems and that my activity consisted solely of monitoring the market and trading players through normal buy-and-sell methods. Despite my explanation, my appeal was rejected without any specific examples, evidence, or detailed justification being provided.
I purchased this game legitimately and have invested significant time into building my Ultimate Team. Losing access to the Transfer Market because of what I believe to be an incorrect enforcement action has significantly affected my enjoyment of the game and my ability to progress.
I respectfully request that EA conduct a thorough and impartial review of my account history and Transfer Market activity. I also request a clear written explanation identifying which specific transactions were classified as “coin distribution between accounts.” If no evidence of wrongdoing exists, I ask that my permanent Transfer Market ban be removed and that my access to the market be fully restored.
As a player, I believe disciplinary actions should be transparent, evidence-based, and accompanied by sufficient information for users to understand and respond to the allegations made against them.
My problem with EA Sports still hasn't been resolved. Access to the transfer market was blocked and I received no concrete explanation. My appeal was denied, the support team responded with canned replies, and my issue was not taken seriously.
