Payoneer Account Approved by Email but Still Stuck on "Being Approved" Screen

I applied for a Payoneer account on May 15 and received an email around May 19 confirming that my account had been approved. However, every time I try to log in — including today — I get stuck on a "your account is being approved" screen and cannot get through. As a result, I have been unable to receive my payment.
During this time I have contacted Payoneer customer service three times. In their first response, they told me my documents were still under review — even though I had already received an email confirming they had been approved. In the second contact, they told me they had initiated a manual review and would follow up within two business days, but no follow-up ever came. My third email has gone completely unanswered for about five days.
My account appears to have been approved for some time now, yet I still cannot log in or access my payment. My customer number is 103965766. I am demanding that my account be fully activated immediately, that the login issue be resolved, and that I receive a proper explanation for both the delay and the lack of communication.
