Payoneer Marks Support Tickets as Resolved Without Fixing the Problem

I had submitted a request to close my Payoneer account and asked that my remaining sub-limit balance of $9.70 be transferred to my registered Ziraat Bank account. However, the system automatically closed my account, and then customer service marked my support tickets as resolved and closed them without actually resolving anything. I can no longer log into my account, and my money is being held inside with no lawful justification. My customer number is 104454204 and my support reference number is 260608-009284. I have an urgent need for this cash. I am demanding that this situation be resolved and that my remaining balance of $9.70 be transferred to my linked bank account immediately.
