Payoneer Closed My Freelancer Account Before I Made a Single Transaction
Between March and April 2026, I tried to open a Payoneer account to receive payments as a freelancer — but my account was shut down with a "your account has been closed" message before I could make a single transaction. I ran into this block before I even got a chance to use the account, and I currently have no access to it whatsoever.
Throughout this process I reached out to Payoneer through every channel available to me — email, live chat, support tickets, and social media — but all I ever received were automated, AI-generated responses. No clear explanation was given for why my account was closed, my questions went unanswered, and I was never once connected to a real human representative.
I am asking that my account be reviewed again, that the reason for its closure be communicated to me in clear and straightforward terms, and that if deemed appropriate, my account be reinstated with the support needed for me to use it actively. I want to use Payoneer on a regular basis, but right now this situation is preventing me from accessing the service entirely.
