Turkish Airlines Baggage Transfer Issue

Unable to transfer baggage directly to my domestic flight during international check-in! I had tickets for Dar es Salaam - Istanbul on 06.10.2023 and Istanbul - Adana at 01:00 on 07.10.2023. Generally, I have been able to transfer 32 kg of baggage without issues during international to domestic transfers, but this time it didn't work. I couldn't resolve the issue with the THY officials abroad, so I spoke to them at Istanbul Airport to find a solution. Unfortunately, my questions remained unanswered. Some of the responses I received were:

- Sir, your reservation code needs to be the same number. They dismissed me with such responses. My issue is more about the inconvenience than the cost. If there won't be any facilitation for a flight landing at Istanbul Airport at 2 AM on 06.10.2023, why would I buy a ticket for the 1 AM flight on 07.10.2023?

I've been working abroad away from my family for 7 months. Many of the gifts I brought might be broken or damaged. My carefully packed suitcases had to be opened at least 5 times across 2 airports just because of weight issues. I have resolved my inconvenience with money for now, but I am deeply disappointed with THY on a personal level. I hope you don't ignore my concerns and provide a positive response. Thank you.
