Turkish Airlines Baggage Problem

At international check-in, baggage could not be transferred directly to my domestic flight! 06.10.2023 Dar es Salaam - Istanbul then 07.10.2023 at 01:00 I had Istanbul -Adana tickets, but generally I was transferring 32 kg from abroad to domestic flights without any problems, for some reason they could not do it on my trip this time, I also had my problem with Turkish Airlines abroad. Since I could not solve it with the officials, I contacted Istanbul Airport THY officials to find a solution. Unfortunately, my questions remained in the air, some of the answers given were; - Sir, your reservation code must be the same number, etc. They said and passed it over Actually, my problem is spirituality rather than materiality. If it will not provide convenience on a plane landing at Istanbul airport on 06.10.2023 at 2 am, why should I go and buy a ticket on the 07.10.2023 flight at 1 am? We have been working abroad, away from my family for 7 months. Maybe most of the gifts I brought were broken or damaged, but I had to open my suitcases, which I had arranged before my international flight, at least 5 times, including 2 airports. Just using the excuse of being overweight etc. I would compensate for my grievance with money for now, but morally I am very upset with THY. I expect you to not ignore what I wrote and respond positively, thank you. ±905417325932 Mehmet Aca***
