Turkish Airlines Baggage Issue on Flight TK671
My name is A*** K***. On April 22, 2024, I had a flight with the number TK671. After the plane landed, it was reported that the underplane baggage was left in Istanbul. The reason was that the baggage was offloaded to take on sufficient fuel. However, since I had previously flown to a country with similar issues, I wanted to confirm with the staff while boarding the plane after the bridge that the baggage was loaded. I was assured that 'all baggage was loaded and would reach the destination.' However, upon arrival, our baggage was missing and we were told it would arrive four days later. Considering the situation in the country and previous incidents, I expressed my concern to the THY staff about the possibility of the baggage being looted. The staff acknowledged the risk of looting but said they couldn't prevent it. Please show the necessary sensitivity regarding this issue and assist in ensuring the baggage is delivered completely and intact. I have a photo of the baggage I handed over in Istanbul.
