Turkish Airlines Baggage Delay Issue

On July 8, 2023, during my flight from Istanbul Airport to Bosnia and Herzegovina Airport, one of my three suitcases did not arrive. After 8 days, I was only able to retrieve my suitcase by going to Istanbul Airport. The inconvenience I experienced during this period has not been fully resolved. Despite uploading photos of my expense slips to the system for about 10 days, the system somehow does not accept them. When I asked again why they were not accepted, I received a response saying, 'We already have your invoices, send us a priced list of your expenses.' The invoices they refer to are the slips I sent, which include the expenses and their prices. The inconvenience I experienced during my vacation still continues. Additionally, I am also requesting compensation for my baggage that was not delivered within 5 days. I kindly ask the relevant parties to resolve this situation urgently.
