Shake Shack Needs to Match Their Menu Photos to Reality

Shame on you, Shake Shack — take a look at what you're selling for $5. On the morning of April 4, at around 10:00 AM, I ordered a hot dog from your Bahçeşehir branch in Istanbul. What arrived looked absolutely nothing like the product shown in your promotional images. The gap between what I expected based on your visuals and what I actually received is something I cannot accept.
I do not think it is right to use images that mislead customers. I am requesting that your menu photos be brought in line with the actual products being served, and that the necessary care be taken to ensure this going forward.
