Lidio Has Been Charging My Card $1 a Month for 8 Months for Someone Else's Getcontact Subscription

I recently discovered that approximately $1 has been automatically deducted from my Yapı Kredi card every month for about 8 months through Lidio, for a Getcontact subscription. This subscription is not registered under my name — it is linked to someone else's account — yet the payments are being taken from my card.
During this time, I tried to reach Lidio but was unable to get in touch with anyone, and I have been unable to stop the charges. I absolutely do not accept having money regularly taken from my card for another person's subscription without my knowledge or consent.
I am requesting that my card information be completely removed from both Lidio and Getcontact, that no further charges of any kind be made to this card, and that these unauthorized recurring transactions be stopped immediately.
