Turkish Airlines and Obilet Left Me Stranded!

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for the Kahramanmaraş flight on 16/03/2024 at 14:05 for ₺1415. There were 20 minutes left before the flight, and I had no luggage. They could have helped me if they wanted to, but they didn't. When I went to board, I was told the gates were closed, and that they close 45 minutes before departure, which is just another excuse. Do gates really close 45 minutes prior? They said my ticket was void and that they couldn't help me. What kind of service is this? I bought a ₺1415 ticket to Kahramanmaraş. They sold me another ticket for ₺1210, and I had to buy it because we had a funeral. A year ago, I bought a ticket in a similar situation, I had luggage, and they said I wouldn't make it. I asked if there was another flight at a different time, and they checked and said yes, for ₺59. They took ₺59 from me back then and sold me a ticket without helping. Today, I paid ₺2625 to Turkish Airlines. This is outright unfair gain and nothing but misleading people. From now on, Turkish Airlines is finished for me.
