Turkish Airlines: Issue with Flight Boarding and Luggage Handling

Turkish Airlines prioritizes profit over passengers' well-being. I arrived at the ticket counter at 07:15 for my 08:00 flight. At 07:16, they informed me that they couldn't take my luggage and suggested I either take my bags with me through security or board without them. I explained that I had a 4-year-old child and two large suitcases, making it impossible. They gave me a card and directed me to the ticket area. Despite having 44 minutes before the flight, we were left stranded with a child. Accepting this, they then told me my ticket was void. If my ticket was void, why was I offered the option to board without luggage? And if I had the option to board without luggage, why wasn't I given support for a new ticket when the flight was still 44 minutes away? Is your goal to take our money and disregard our needs? With limited financial resources, what am I supposed to do with a child and two suitcases? How can a nearly 100-year-old organization with 'Turkish' in its name not provide easier options for its citizens? Is the money I paid for the ticket justified under such contradictory conditions? Could support not be provided for flights a few hours later at the same ticket price? Could different options be offered instead of leaving luggage at the airport? Why isn't there an effort to improve and be better? In a country with a minimum wage of ₺17,000, how can you so easily disregard ₺4-5,000 from your own citizens?
