When an employee of THY unexpectedly canceled my one-way ticket with Turkish Airlines (Anadolu Jet) for August 21st, it caught me off guard. When I arrived at the airport, I found out about the cancellation. We had contacted THY to change only the return ticket time, and we had paid an extra 800 TL for this service. They were unable to provide a solution, so they forced us to purchase a new ticket. We will arrive at the hotel one day later than planned as a result of this setback, which I cannot accept. I need an answer as soon as possible! I expect to be compensated for my monetary and emotional losses as soon as possible.
