THY System Crashed Down, I Couldn't Use My Two Tickets!
I had a flight ticket from THY for Antalya to Istanbul on June 22. I wanted to reschedule this ticket to June 26 by calling the call center. The price shown in the system was ₺3200, but I was asked for ₺6000. Then, I decided to get a refund, and they suggested that I could keep the ticket open and later get it from the call center. When I called the call center after keeping my flight ticket open, they said there was a flight available for ₺3200, but we couldn't book it because the systems had crashed. They had arranged my ticket, but the system was inaccessible when they tried to confirm it. I am on vacation, and my daily vacation cost is ₺15,000. Since I had to wait for Turkish Airlines' system for a day, I request a refund for my vacation cost and flight ticket. I kindly ask them to call me and resolve the system issue to book my ticket.
