We objected, but they did not accept. If they don't issue a disability ticket without a report, then the system should not approve it without the permit either. How can we get it at the last minute? Everything is already difficult for people with disabilities, and they create extra problems. We waited for hours. Is this what you call corporate responsibility? You cause problems and inconvenience to people. If such a rule has been introduced, you can provide a warning when purchasing tickets or send an alert message via email or SMS. You send unnecessary messages for everything else, but you could warn about important issues. You ruined our journey.
