A representative named B**** kept insisting on a reference number starting with 2024, so we spent some time looking for such a number. Another representative finally accepted our reference number starting with muctk. Your service is unacceptable. I do not accept that all these shortcomings should come at the expense of my family's time and vacation, and I demand compensation.
