THY Customer Service Unresponsive to Ticket Change Issues

Customer service is absolutely mocking people, they are never solution-oriented, and they have no intention of resolving issues. Their strategy is purely dismissive. Due to a system update error during my ticket change, I paid ₺32,000 to change my ticket from June 20 to June 23, but my ticket still shows June 20. I am certain I selected June 23, and why would I be charged ₺32,000 to change to the same flight on the same date?
The explanation given to me was that even if it's the same flight, a price difference would occur. They told me to provide feedback and call back to expedite the process, which I did. When I called back, they said they couldn't help me at the moment and to call again later. I had to pay an additional ₺11,000 to make another change. I am requesting compensation for my loss and a refund. Otherwise, this is a clear indication that I have been misled.
