Our outbound flight for our honeymoon was from Istanbul to Malé on Thursday, August 24, 2023, and the return flight was from Malé to Istanbul on Thursday, August 31, 2023. The ticket numbers are as follows: 2352194942882, 2352194942883. We couldn't go on our honeymoon because our wedding was canceled. I can prove this in every way. After all, these are tickets purchased and paid for the honeymoon. I kindly request a refund due to the difficult times our country is going through and the challenges we are facing. The amount I paid was ₺67,622.66, but the amount you said you would refund is ₺2,304.63. I kindly ask you to act with your conscience. It would be unfair and unfortunate; you may be right in this matter. We may not have the right to a refund, but it is definitely not a cancellation made on a whim.
