Turkish Airlines' Website Error Cost Me Money
As of December 16, 2023, at 18:24, I made a ticket reservation from Istanbul Airport to Germany Dusseldorf Airport for June 20th departure and June 30th return, amounting to ₺19,914.84; my reservation code is (VLEZH6). As you can see in the screenshot I sent, when I entered the relevant reservation code to purchase the tickets, the amount displayed was ₺25,337.08. It is clear that this price difference is not my fault; therefore, I request a refund of the ₺1,742 I paid for the reservation of two tickets and to purchase my tickets at the fixed price of ₺19,914.84 with the same flight details. Notes: I would like to mention that I discussed the issue and the fee with the call center just before the reservation process, and it was stated that an investigation could be conducted; additionally, when I attempted to purchase again within a week, I saw that the price was ₺25,337.08, and thus I could not make the purchase. I requested the situation to be revised, but this was not done. I request the examination of the call center conversations, which have voice recordings, that I made on December 22 and 23 from my mobile phone number 0537****8282. I believe that these investigations will reveal that the situation is not related to me. I request the resolution of this grievance.
