My Turkish Airlines Flight Delayed Multiple Times

I was scheduled to fly with Turkish Airlines (THY) from London Heathrow Airport to Istanbul Airport at 18:20, but the flight was delayed five times, eventually departing at 23:00. Despite calling Turkish Airlines six times for assistance, we received no help whatsoever. I have never experienced such poor airline service. Their post-sales support is non-existent. After passing the passport checkpoint at the airport in England, there were no staff members available to assist. This level of service is unacceptable.
