I purchased a flight ticket from the THY website for a flight on 21.05.2024 at 15:25 from London Stansted to ESB with Anadolu Jet. However, due to the transition to Ajet, I am facing an issue. My flight, which is listed as 15:25 on the THY website, appears as 11:50 on Ajet. When I contacted Ajet representatives, they informed me that since my ticket number starts with 235, I need to discuss the matter with THY representatives. When I contacted THY representatives, they told me that the flight is at 15:25 and there is no change in the ticket; however, Ajet does not have a flight at that time on that day, and the flights are listed at 11:50 and 15:40. When I requested to change my ticket to the 15:40 flight, I was told that this needs to be done by THY representatives. When I called THY again, they informed me that they no longer see Ajet flights in their system and cannot make any changes to the ticket.
