On April 18th, while checking in for our THY Erzincan-Istanbul flight scheduled for April 19th, we discovered that the flight had been canceled. After hours on the phone, we were transferred to the next available flight on April 21st. However, the ₺145 seat fee we paid was neither refunded nor transferred to the new flight. This company cancels flights and seats at will, fails to open proper request records, provides incorrect information, and has a call center that just transfers you from one place to another.
