Issue with Turkish Airlines Flight Boarding and Ticket Cancellation

I purchased a round-trip ticket from THY for my mother-in-law from Kahramanmaraş to Istanbul using the reservation code s c s l g q. Despite arriving at the airport one hour before the flight on November 12, she was not allowed to board flight TK2201 because there was less than 45 minutes left due to the queue. I contacted customer service at 0553****820 between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to get information about the situation. The customer representative informed me that the round-trip ticket could be put on hold and used later by paying the difference. I accepted this and asked for the tickets to be put on hold. I then purchased new tickets and completed the journey. However, when I tried to use the tickets that were put on hold, I received a negative response. Even after creating a record, the response was still negative. I request that the phone conversation with the customer representative during the specified date and time be reviewed to verify the accuracy. I ask for the voice recordings to be examined and for my grievance to be resolved.
