I Was Unable To Change My Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket

I'm O*** A*****, and I'm looking to change the return date of the ticket I purchased for a flight on 20/04/2024. However, despite my efforts to contact Turkish Airlines customer service for a month now, I haven't been able to get a resolution. Despite numerous attempts, I've been told during phone calls that the system couldn't display the price, manual calculations would be needed, and I was left on hold, only for the call to end without anyone getting back to me. Each time I call back, I can't reach the person I spoke to before, so I have to start the process from scratch, and still, we haven't reached a solution. Despite submitting multiple feedback forms, I only received a "could not be reached by phone" note, with no further explanation added to the feedback messages. My return flight needs to be rescheduled from April 3rd to April 7th, Sunday. I've been struggling with such a simple issue for a month now, and my flight is fast approaching. I can't understand why such a simple task is taking so much time. It's 2024, and I'm astonished by how a straightforward problem has been turned into such a complex ordeal. With only 7 days left until my flight, I've been both inconvenienced and stressed out during this process. I expect this situation to be rectified promptly.
