On February 12, 2026, I purchased a brand-new 2026 model Peugeot 2008 GT from Martur Automotive Industry and Trade Inc., an authorized Peugeot dealership. During the purchase process, in my conversations with the dealership’s customer representative (B**** İ******), I was specifically told that the vehicle included heated seats and a massage function. I made sure to confirm this information approximately 4–5 times, both over the phone and in person, and each time I was clearly told that these features were included.
However, on the day I received the vehicle, I discovered that the heated seat and massage features—repeatedly promised during the sales process—were not present in the car. This clearly shows that I was provided with incorrect and misleading information during the sale.
Additionally, upon delivery, I noticed scratches on the vehicle and pointed them out to the dealership staff. Despite this, the issue was not taken seriously, and based on their responses, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and no proper solution was offered.
As a result, I have been seriously inconvenienced and misled, having purchased a new vehicle that both lacks the promised features and was delivered with visible damage. I request that my grievance be resolved by addressing the missing features that were promised during the sale, repairing the scratches present at delivery, and taking the necessary action to compensate me for the damages I have suffered as a consumer. I would also like to note that I have records and audio recordings of the phone conversations related to this matter.
