I am Onur A*****, and I would like to change the return date of the ticket I purchased for my flight on 20/04/2024. However, despite my efforts to contact Turkish Airlines customer service for a month, I have not been able to reach a resolution.
Despite multiple attempts, I was informed during phone calls that the system could not display the price and that a manual calculation would be done, leading to long wait times. Each time, the call was disconnected without any follow-up. Every time I called, I had to start the process from scratch because I couldn't reach the same representative, and still, no solution was found. Despite creating numerous feedback reports, the only note left was 'could not be reached by phone,' with no further explanation in the feedback messages.
My return ticket needs to be changed from April 3rd to Sunday, April 7th. I have been trying to resolve this simple issue for a month, and my flight is now very close. I cannot understand why such a simple process is taking so long. It is 2024, and I am astonished that such a simple problem has been made so complicated. With only 7 days left until my flight, I have been both inconvenienced and stressed. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
