Unauthorized withdrawals were made twice from my micro account on XM Forex without my knowledge or consent. A total of $501 and $684 was transferred from my account to another crypto account. I noticed these transactions approximately 15 days ago. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I contacted XM.
They told me that they had sent confirmation emails for these withdrawals and claimed that I had approved the transactions. However, there are no such confirmation emails in my inbox related to these withdrawals. Despite this, XM has refused to take any responsibility and has not taken the possibility of a security breach seriously.
Today, despite this unresolved issue, XM informed me that they have decided to completely terminate their business relationship with me and instructed me not to contact them again. Ending communication in this way, while I am clearly experiencing financial loss, is extremely disrespectful and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability.
I request that the amounts of $501 and $684 withdrawn from my account without my consent be fully refunded to me, that a detailed security investigation be conducted regarding these transactions, and that XM formally acknowledge and explain their handling of this matter.
