I have a Parimatch account registered in India, and I want to update my personal details, including changing my email address to ankitkapse***@gmail.com, as well as updating my name and date of birth. I submitted this request on March 16, but Parimatch is not allowing me to update this information, and my details still remain unchanged.
There are funds in my Parimatch account, and this issue is affecting my ability to access and use the account properly. I am concerned that my personal data is incorrect and that I cannot manage my account as needed.
I kindly request that my personal details—including my email address, name, and date of birth—be updated as requested, and that my account be made fully accessible and usable without any restrictions. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
